Do you sleep well at night? You have probably been wondering why you always wake up early feeling very tired. The Harvard Medical School proposed that lights from laptops, cell phones and TVs destroy our ability to sleep well.
I know that cell phone and laptop technology makes our lives more productive and none of us want to be left behind in the technological race. But does that mean we have to put our health at risk?
Checking messages, emails and watching that interesting programme in our bedrooms is a very interesting thing to do, but is not good for our health. Make sure that your bedroom is only used for sleeping and is free of entertainment systems.
